Super Neptunia RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars (勇者ネプテューヌ 世界よ宇宙よ刮目せよ！！ アルティメットＲＰＧ宣言！！, lit. Sorry, we are unable to translate the page you requested.) is an upcoming game in the Neptunia series for the Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4 and PC.
It is currently in development.
Development started when the CEO of Artisan Studios, Mario Rizzo, randomly ran into Tsunako on the street somewhere in Japan. Upon seeing Mario, Tsunako exclaimed, "Whoa, it's you! That famous Nintendo guy! Here's my e-mail, can you please make a game in the Neptunia series for me? Please? Send it to me by midnight ok bye!" And she darted off somewhere before Mario could get even a single word in. Mario sighed and walked back home to get to work on his take on the Neptunia series. Since he only had one night to present a working game to Tsukano, he decided to build a prototype in his favorite program, Macromedia Flash MX. He intended to move the game to a different engine after recieving Tsunako's appraisal, but she insisted that he develop the game in the Flash as he was doing already.
Mario had a lot of issues working with Tsunako and Compile Heart overall. Every time he e-mailed Tsunako asking for her to draw more sprites for the game, she either didn't reply or replied simply saying that she was too hungover to draw anything. With only a few sprites on hand, his team had to cut a lot of corners on the animations. Whenever Mario e-mailed Kenji Kaneko, the composer, he recieved a 26-page long response, however 99-100% of the content of the e-mail would typically be complaints about either his salary or his job, and none of the things asked of him were addressed. Mario also contacted the CEO of Compile Heart, and the general offices e-mail multiple times, but never got any response from either.
With almost no support from Compile Heart, Mario and his team work hard every day to create a game to surpass the Neptunia games produced by Compile Heart.
The four goddesses wake up in the middle of the forest with an incredible hangover and also amnesia.
